Returns Policy

This policy agrees with genearl ArtMeNow Sales Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us or send us an email at contact@artmenow-gallery.com. If you cancel the order before the shipment, you will be refund as soon as possible.

Returns

You can return an artwork up to 14 days after receiving your order. If you return your artwork within this delay, ArtMeNow will refund its price and the return shipping but not the original shipping. If you decide to return a damaged artwork, the same returns policy applies, except that we will refund also original shipping costs.

Refunds

We will process your refund once the artwork has been delivered and condition checked, in any case within 3 weeks. Therefore refunds will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Returning an Artwork

You must return the artworks in perfect conditions and in their original packaging or otherwise in an equivalent packaging.
