Order Process and Confirmation

Placing an order means accepting product prices and descriptions. You will receive a confirmation email linked to your payment method. Ownership transfers upon payment and after the withdrawal period.

Pricing Information

Prices are in Euros, including all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. As a microenterprise, VAT is not applicable. For international deliveries, customs fees and local taxes are your responsibility.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Invoices are included with each order. Ensure you have authorization for your payment method. Risk transfers upon payment receipt, and transport insurance is available.

Delivery Details

Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays. Orders are prepared within 10 working days after payment. ArtMeNow! is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service. Check parcels upon receipt and report any damages immediately.

Cancellation and Returns

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please notify us and ensure the items are in their original packaging; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
